Fair use: the beta is sized for real shops, not for someone piping a botnet through it. North of ~1M events a month, email us and we’ll size something together.
When the beta ends
How billing will
work — and won’t.
No card with us
RemNet never stores a card — every charge is approved and billed by Shopify. Nothing appears out of nowhere; you approve it in your Shopify admin first.
You'd move deliberately
The only way you're ever charged is by actively adding an extra webshop and approving its charge in Shopify. Do nothing and you're simply never billed.
We plan to look after early users
You lent us your funnel while the paint was wet. That's worth real money, and we intend to treat beta accounts accordingly — no fine print required.
Volume, not feature ransom
Extra webshops aside, when we charge more broadly it'll be for how much you track — every feature included, never a fee to unlock basics, never 'contact sales to see your own data'.
We’ll almost certainly give you plenty of heads-up too — we just aren’t turning that into fine print. The terms of service cover the billing basics.
Pricing questions
Do you need my card?
No. RemNet never asks for or stores a card. Paid plans are billed through Shopify: you approve the charge in your Shopify admin, and it appears on your Shopify invoice.
What do paid plans look like right now?
There’s exactly one paid thing today: extra webshops at €40/month (ex VAT) each. During the beta every account gets one webshop free; add more and each extra webshop is €40/mo, billed through Shopify. Broader pricing after beta will be volume-based (events or sessions per month) with every feature included — we won’t publish those numbers until they’re real.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You export it (CSV), you delete the account, and it’s gone from our systems within 30 days. The privacy policy is the binding version of that sentence.
I'm an agency running multiple shops — is that allowed?
Yes, and we’d love to hear from you — multi-shop setups are some of the most useful beta feedback there is. Fair use still applies; if you’re big, just tell us first.
Invoices and VAT?
Prices are shown ex VAT. The €40 extra-webshop charge runs through Shopify’s billing, which adds VAT and puts the invoice on your Shopify account; RemNet is a registered business (KVK 94695245), so EU VAT rules apply as usual.
